Sharon Cass earned a marketing degree from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.  Before becoming a REALTOR, she worked as OWNER and INTERIOR DESIGNER for Sharon Cass Interiors in Huntington, NY.  Prior to owning her own firm she worked with Loomskill in Manhattan as SALES MANAGER, and DESIGNER for Thorndyke Williams Architectural Firm.  She has had three real estate licenses in New York, Texas, and South Carolina.  Throughout her successful thirty-year career, she has specialized in residential real estate, interior design and staging, architectural home renovation.  She has bought, renovated, and sold 10 of her own private residences.  

Sharon draws on her knowledge, experience, and talent to help clients find the home of their dreams.  She works to ensure success in finding or selling the home, finding a mortgage broker, help with inspections, staging of the home, as well as to assist with the move.  Her goal is to satisfy the client in every stage of the buy, sell, and move process. 

Sharon is a native of Hendersonville, North Carolina and moved to South Carolina in 2014.  Since returning to SC, Sharon has specialized in assisting clients all throughout the Low Country.  Outside of work she enjoys tennis, travel, biking, pickle ball, golf, and many outdoor activities the Low Country has to offer.  Sharon has served on various boards including: Family Service League of Huntington, NY and Spicewood, TX Animal Rescue.  Her interpersonal, marketing, and design skills insures her ability to work effectively with clients from all over the Low Country.
